We have a broad range of size of clients from start ups to groups with turnover in excess of $100 million. All of these clients require ongoing advice, rather than a simple compliance function.

Client assignments are a broad mix of business advisory, tax consulting, accounting and financial planning.

We maintain a team based approach to client service, and encourage staff to work with clients directly as part of the team.

You would also have the opportunity to participate in the management of the practice, including profitability and working capital management.

There has been significant growth in the practice in recent years, providing you with the opportunity to work with a range of senior staff who have extensive experience, all of whom have worked with Big 5 firms prior to joining MGA.

The practice has access to high quality technical training through Webb Martin, as well as through memberships with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia, the Taxation Institute of Australia and the Financial Planning Association.

We maintain an extensive referral network which includes corporate advisory firms, legal firms, banks, and stockbrokers to ensure our clients receive comprehensive service. This ensures that you are able to participate in total client service.

Our independent financial planning practice provides us with the ability not only to meet our clients’ business needs, but also to ensure wealth creation issues are addressed. Our affiliate, Goodrich Financial Services is an accredited financial planner with SECURITOR Financial Group.

We have a social and friendly team based working environment, including regular staff meetings and social functions.
