Martin has over 24 years of experience during which he has worked with a number of Chartered Accounting firms of varying sizes from Big 5 to second tier firms before commencing this practice in 1989. Immediately
prior to establishing the practice, Martin was a partner at a national second tier firm of Chartered Accountants where he managed the Business Services Division, as well as his responsibility for financial and
investment planning.
Martin is a Fellow of the Taxation Institute of Australia, a Registered Company Auditor and a member of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants and the Australian Society of Certified Practising
Accountants. He is also an Accredited Financial Planner with a Proper Authority with the SECURITOR Financial Group, through the independent Goodrich Financial Services.
His personal philosophy for the practice is to provide clients with improved management information to support their decision-making processes.

Tony has joined the practice after 18 years with Andersen where he was a director in the tax division. He has extensive experience in both business taxation and business advisory services. During his time at
Andersen, Tony provided advice to larger corporate clients, Australian subidiaries of foreign companies, and to family owned businesses. His client engagements include manufacturing, real estate &
construction, retail, import and distribution.

Tom joined the practice after 11 years with Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, where he was Senior Manager in the Growth Solutions Division. He provides advice to clients in a wide range of industries, and his expertise includes treasury, taxation and general business advisory services. Whilst Tom has provided high level services to public companies, he predominantly serves a client base of small to medium-sized family businesses. Tom adopts a solid, hands on approach to his work and provides practical solutions to commercial considerations. |

Libby commenced her career with Arthur Andersen, where she provided a range of services primarily to owner-managed and emerging businesses. She subsequently moved to an industry-based role as Business Manager of
a subsidiary of a U.S. data warehousing operation. Libby is responsible for practice development, strategy and human resources. She also specialises in the development and implementation of employee incentive
plans, including equity acquisition plans, and manages the finance and company secretarial function for a biotechnology group.

Barbara joined the practice after 9 years with KPMG, where she was a Manager in the Private Business Division. Her time at KPMG included secondments to offices in Singapore and Jakarta. In addition, she spent
several years working in the financial and manufacturing industries. Her role with the practice is to provide business services and taxation advice to individuals, and small to medium-sized family businesses.
